Patients per branch: derived from Helix Health's own figure of £5-8k a month once a pharmacy is past its first 30 patients, against the 8,700 items an average English pharmacy dispenses. Patient value: Helix Health's own published catalogue. Retention: about half of patients stop within twelve months across 37 studies and 9,341 adults (Oxford, January 2026). Every one of them is editable above.

What this is. An estimate built from published NHS dispensing volumes and the stated assumptions, which you can change. It is indicative only. NHSBSA publishes for England; Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland publish separately and are not covered. NHSBSA does not endorse this tool.

Your data. Nothing you type is sent anywhere. Every figure is calculated in your own browser and nothing is stored. Booking is handled by Google Calendar, whose own terms and privacy policy apply to anything you enter there.
